KICKS The Art Place was born in 2014 from a shared vision between two designers to enhance the Crosslake community through creativity. What began as a studio for adult painting classes has grown into a vibrant hub for art experiences, hosting everything from children’s parties and bachelorettes to “just because” gatherings.
Beyond events, the studio supports DIY enthusiasts with a full range of art supplies and “To Go” kits. Their expertise also extends to furniture repurposing, where they offer specialized technique classes using premium paints or provide custom services for those who prefer a professional touch. Visitors can also explore a fine art gallery featuring local wildlife photography, metal sculptures, and watercolors inspired by the surrounding nature.
