A Crosslake tradition since 1984, the shop now known as The Yellow House was originally Lake Country Crafts & Cones—famous for generous ice cream portions, friendly service, and the signature jelly bean at the bottom of every cone.
In 1998, Pat took over the business, expanding the shop while keeping its warm, welcoming charm. For more than two decades, she helped make it a favorite gathering place for both locals and visitors.
Today, Crosslake locals Corey Palmer and Katheryn Palmer, along with Jessica Samples and her husband Ty Samples, have taken the helm and are proud to carry on Pat’s legacy—serving up great food, sweet treats, and memorable moments for years to come.
